With that title, I thought it would be the most interesting book on our list of required reading. Some of it flows, but lots of it is just same ol' same ol' psychology stuff that's in every textbook, and most well-informed adults already know.
I bought this book for a Capstone psychology course that I took in college. The book was very informative and fit the course very well. It was exactly as described and wonderful.
